JOEL BLOOMBERG OFF-HAND WORKED FLORAL SERIES of canes and flowers; two to right are unfinished but all have been fumed; while left example has been sawn, ground and polished before being made into a necklace. LUSTER FLORAL PENDANT with twin cane stems, strung on Greek leather cord, with handfabricated sterling silver tips, jump rings, signature plaque and clasp, executed by Eisenbach. Floral pendant is 11 centimeters wide, secured by cold connections. ARCHED CANE BRACELET AND NECKLACE, both with well-executed silver findings; necklace has chain extender, to provide precise tailoring to wearer's necksize. DETAIL OF ARCHED CANE, 7.5 centimeters wide, with silver cap, strung on braided stainless wire. 71 ORNAMENT 36.2.2012 JOEL BLOOMBERG off-hand worked and fumed glass floral cane pendant strung with pearls, compared to floral pendant by itself. Necklace designed and executed by Margaret Eisenbach. GLASS FURNACE fabricated by Bloomberg, with one hundred fifty pound capacity pot and burner made by Dudley Giberson of Joppa Glass.
